To become a Titan, you must train like
one and complete the Titan 1000 repetition challenge. Worthy of a Titans
workout, it’s a 1000 repetition challenge that uses four standard exercises at
30% of your body weight. The challenge
is designed for you to lose weight, improve your overall fitness, and build
lean muscle. The Titan program uses your body weight, a percentage of weight to
train with, high to moderate repetitions, the right rest intervals, and basic
exercises.
Your journey to become a Titan starts
with three phases of training. Each phase has its own challenge and will
prepare you for the Titan 1000 Challenge. Phase #1 is a 500 repetition
challenge, phase #2 is a 750 repetition challenge, and phase #3 is the Titan
1000 Challenge. Each phase you will start using 10% of your body weight. Then
20% of your bodyweight until your prepared for the challenge at the end of the
phase. The challenge will be the number
of repetitions completed at 30% of your body weight. Once you complete the
challenge for that stage you will move onto the next phase of your journey to
the Titan 1000 challenge. The rest intervals and endurance circuit training
will be added and designed for you to complete each challenge.
A Titan is someone with drive, passion,
hard work, and sacrifice. But what’s the motive or the reason to complete this
challenge? Its pride, confidence in yourself, losing that 10lbs, getting
stronger, and improving your overall fitness. This Titan 1000 challenge gives
you a reason, a motive, sense of accomplish, and something to show your hard
work. You now have a goal, something
that motivates you to train hard everyday, gets you up in the morning, drives
you to eat good when you don’t want to. This is your time! Your time to train

The 1000 repetition challenge is a TOTAL BODY workout that challenges your
overall fitness, endurance, strength, and character.

Rules for the Titan 1000
The challenge must be completed, so
that you know where your level of fitness is and how you can improve. Complete
each set with your best effort and record your number of repetitions. At the
end of the challenge you will be able to see how many repetitions you performed
out of 1000.
No setting the weights down after you have started the exercises. You can rest between repetitions for no longer than 5 seconds, but don’t set the weight down.
Gloves or straps are allowed. 5 second
warning will be given at the start of each set. The lifter must be ready to go
at the allowed time given for rest. If you’re unable to go when the rest time
is up then the challenge will be counted as an incomplete.
No assistance from a spotter during the
lift. If a spotter is used the challenge will be counted as an incomplete.
Proper form and technique will be used
at all times. Prior to the challenge make sure the individual understands the
proper techniques and exercises that will be performed.
Allow for proper warm up and
stretching.
If needed, have the individual
demonstrate the lifts for proper from and understanding of the exercises.
Bronze level is 30% of one’s body
weight and 40 seconds rest between sets. Silver level is 40% of one’s body
weight and 50 seconds rest between sets. Gold level is 50% of one’s body weight
and 60 seconds rest between sets. All levels get 2 minutes rest between
exercises.
